FAQs — Savina Diamonds
FAQs
What shipping methods are available?
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all jewelry orders. Deliveries are handled through DHL Express or FedEx for maximum security and reliability, and every shipment is fully insured from our door to yours.
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping usually takes 1–2 business days within Europe and up to 7 business days for international destinations. Please note that made-to-order and custom pieces require additional crafting time before dispatch — we will confirm the timeline with you when you place your order.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Yes. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please present the original purchase receipt together with the corresponding diamond certificate.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every jewelry piece from Savina Diamonds comes with an IGI certificate, which includes a detailed description of the piece, the diamond's cut, color, clarity and carat weight, and information on the metals and materials used in its creation.
Can I see the jewelry in person before buying?
Of course. We welcome you to our private showroom in Vienna, where you can view the collection in a relaxed, personal setting. Simply use the Book an Appointment button to schedule your private consultation.
Do you create custom engagement rings?
Yes — bespoke pieces are at the heart of what we do. During a private consultation we will help you choose the diamond, the setting and the metal, and craft a ring that is uniquely yours. Book an appointment to start designing your custom piece.
Is my package insured during shipping?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for its complete value until it is delivered to you and signed for, so your purchase is protected at every step of the journey.
How should I care for my diamond jewelry?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches, and avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics and household chemicals. Clean your jewelry gently with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush, then pat dry. We also recommend a professional inspection of the settings once a year.
